SNOW FRAUD!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 4 toothbrushes and 4 subscriptions, chap stick, and was to receive whitening strips as a bonus. I paid $25 for 2 day shipping. The items showed up 8 days later but only 2 toothbrushes were delivered. I am still missing 2 tooth brushes, the toothpaste subscriptions , chapstick, and whitening strips. I have emailed numerous times and continue to get a response that shipment was delivered. Many times I have not received a response to emails and am unable to get anyone by phone. I have emailed numerous times and I continue to get the same form email back stating my order was delivered. In fact only 2 items were delivered out of the 10. I’ve left a voicemail also with no response. I want a call to resolve the issue. Yet nothing. I received an email a week later stating the shipment was split and out of stock and they would look in to their inventory. The original delivery email stated all items were delivered so I’m not sure why they are now saying it was a split shipment. I have not heard a thing since then so I’m not satisfied with their response nor have I been in contact with an agent.

The products are great, shipping was very slow. Took week to get a response via email, Instagram messenger was extremely prompt. Threw in freebies too for the delay.

Looking for missing product or in need of refund

I wanted (and still want) so badly to try the Diamond whitening kit. I never received it with my other products, and when I tried contacting snow, I got no response. I followed up three times over the course of about 3 weeks. I have not received a refund nor had the product that I paid for sent to me.

I have placed my order back on 1/7/24…

I have placed my order back on 1/7/24 and I still haven’t received my order. I have tried so many times reach their customer service via email and phone but was able to reach them. I finally was able to get the email back saying that it was out of order but why did they still charge me at the time of the order was placed? Why wasn’t I ever notified? Now they are saying that they can push my order today and will be able to get it within 7-10 business days? What in the world is going on now days? I can’t trust any website anymore especially with instagram ads! Trysnow.com please cancel my order and give my money back right away!!

Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware! I placed my order after Christmas 2023, and knew my items wouldn’t ship until after December 31st because the Diamond Whitening kit was in high demand. I was expecting 3 items to arrive. I never got an email notification of shipment, and was surprised when on January 17th I received my order. I opened it and found 2/3 things I ordered, and 1 item I did not order. And no Diamond Whitening kit. I tried searching the website for customer service and finally found it. However, all customer service I encountered were bots or automated helpers, despite the appearance that an actual person is on staff with their customer service department. (I’m genuinely curious about all these positive reviews who say they had great customer service experiences). I tried calling, using chat, and email. The phone call I made told me that my items were shipped in more than one package. On Snow’s website I was given one tracking number. I tried further to contact Snow. No response from Snow after I supplied my order number. It’s now been 2.5 weeks since I’ve tried contacting Snow multiple times and no other package has arrived and no attempt by Snow to contact me. I also tried to leave a review of my experience on their website and for one reason or another, the page would not populate for me to do so. So I have left my review here, where it seems Snow is more apt to respond to their customers than on their actual website. And I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Will not but again, not recommend.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I purchased SNOW products on December 15, 2023. It is now January 30, 2024 and I've heard nothing about my order and have received none of it. I've tried calling and only spoken to a bot. I've emailed a dozen times and I've heard nothing back. I'm starting to believe this company is a scam

I placed order on January 8th, and have not received my products yet. I've tried contacting customer service several times and have not been able to get ahold of anyone to find out if/when I will receive my products. Very poor customer service. Unacceptable

BEWARE!!!!! DO SNOW TELL THE TRUTH??

16.1.24 - message from Snow - Wireless system dispatched. Contacted Snow numerous times since on live chat and email to chase order - IGNORED. Left review on Trustpilot - message on here from Snow saying be patient - an agent will be in touch - NO CONTACT! And ‘system update on 25.1.24’ WHAT UPDATE? ITEM STILL NOT RECEIVED- NO UPDATE! Where is my item I paid £144!!! Isn’t it sad that you only get a response from Snow as a result of posting a review on here??? I now do not believe a word Snow say! Snow if you’re reading this - you have lost a valuable customer!
