Order never arrived

Order never arrived, and although it was eventually cancelled (I thought), there was a recurring subscription to toothpaste that was not cancelled. I've sent 2 messages which were both ignored and eventually found a way to cancel on site. Very poor customer service, and ridiculous cost of $44 for toothpaste (including shipping).

Customer Service Will Ignore You

I feel a bit bad giving a one star when I like the product.... the one I received anyway. I ordered the kit with the purple serum. The rest of the package showed up Dec15th, but not the serum. When I contacted them the first time it was a quick response. That it was delayed a Dec 25th. A couple weeks later I reached out and they said my order was 100% Dec15th fulfilled not even bothering to check my previous correspondence with their own team. For the last couple weeks I have not gotten any response from my inquires. I honestly would not order from them again. I have never dealt with such a horrible customer service.

Order never arrived and Customer Service is Terrible

I placed my order in November 2023 for Xmas gifts….It is now January 22 2024 and has still not arrived! You cannot reach anyone in customer service….it is all automated voice options and emails that does nothing for anyone needing customer service. Snow has said my order has been shipped on three different dates!! It has not arrived - 3 months later and Snow REFUSES to give a refund!! Buyer beware if something goes wrong with your order! Their customer service is absolutely dreadful!!!

This company is a rip off

This company is a rip off. I was on a subscription and moved. I updated my address and they sent the product to the wrong address and they it was returned to Snow. I have been asking Snow to resend my order for a month. They havent done so or responded. I WAS a member for 2 years. This is aweful treatment. Highly not recommended. I will file complaints with BBB and Attorney General if they do not fix this ASAP!

Product new or used..?

I purchased the wireless teeth whitening kit on November 15, 2023. I received it and started using it, didn’t get very far because my mouth piece was acting up and I wrote to snow customer service to ask them about it and a guy name Devin was my contact person. He said he would send a new out to me and I was appreciative and thanked him. They finally sent me a new one or was it..? It came and was not packaged up just thrown into an envelope like it was used. I wrote to Devin and asked him if that was standard procedure to send product with no packaging. That I thought it would be considered unsanitary. I’ve sent that email out 5 times to them and they have not even tried to answer it. I haven’t used the product, I feel it was used because of how I received it. They should have at least contacted me to say something. Not good on their end.
