Customer service is very poor! I have been trying to ship the Advanced Snow Whitening kit back since I received a week and half ago, because it arrived non-functional. The blue, purple nor red light will come on, much less the power button. These devices are NOT inexpensive either! Hopefully I hear back soon via chat, phone or email (I’ve tried them all!!!)

The customer service team is very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Truly believe that this company cares about their clientele and it definitely shows in their response time and their replies. I ordered my first whitening kit over 2 years ago and absolutely loved the results. I constantly receive compliments on my teeth as well as questions on how I keep them so white! I've decided to order another kit to give to my 15yo son. Might even upgrade mine.

Terrible customer service, I've been trying to call them for 3 weeks and no one responds to any emails and the automated call never goes to a real person. The device failed in less than 6months - beware - they are trying to rip you off. The chats are all there but no one responds, they will just take your money and run.

I purchased the full whitening kit in 2020 and used it for my wedding and loved the results they also have fantastic customer service!

Horrible Custoner Service Placed an order. They charged my credit card but have not delivered the product. I cannot get a hold of anyone in the company. They have an AI customer service. No human being will answer the phone or respond to emails. This company is awful. I would not suggest anyone purchase products from this company.
