Revised review (4 stars) - 01/03/2024: I was stuck in a computerized loop in an attempt to reach a representative. After hammering off repetitive emails requesting attention to my order, I received a kind response on 12/22/23 from Muhammad acknowledging my anxiety, along with a sincere apology for the inconvenience. I was relieved that my order was finally dislodged from the system, and on it's way. It arrived within days!! I've revised my experience rating from 1 star to 4 stars. No 5th star because of the anxiety causing experience of being stuck in a computerized loop of hell trying to get through to somebody/anybody. Please update your accessibility, Snow! It would serve your customers. I'd still consider a future purchase. The order arrived intact and well packaged. Thank you, Snow, for your kind words and continued attempts to resolve internal issues. Original review - 1 star: My order was placed and funds withdrawn on November 29, 2023. I can't get through to anyone other than autopilot, canned responses. There has been no correspondence regarding Shipping and Tracking and the order on TrySnow website states it is still "unfulfilled." My expectations were to receive my order before Christmas, but as of today, December 19, 2023, the order is still in limbo. Can someone at TrySnow help? 21 dec 2023 - Days later, still no response from this TrySnow Co.

The Worst

OMG - undoubtedly the worst customer service ever. Bought the product on Black Friday - Snow took my money & then a couple of days later....gave a half-hearted reply 'sorry, we have sold out'. Now almost a month later - nothing has been delivered - there are no updates. Did not realize that Hunter Biden worked at Snow. Only possible explanation for being this dysfunctional.....

NO PRODUCT, WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE/EMAIL

I placed an order for almost $600 25 days ago. They will not ship. I cannot get in touch with customer service. They will not return my emails, voicemails or answer the chat. I am told by the automated system that i cannot cancel my order for refund due to their "quick processing time"

Great customer svc, and product. Call my initial order, I accidentally put the wrong address. After getting that sorted, the product was delivered as it should be.

Bad customer service

I received only part of my order that I had placed weeks ago and have tried to contact this business and cannot receive a email or phone call back. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
