No Product, No Customer Service, No Refund
It has been a month and I still have not received my order after a promise of a speedy shipping turnaround. The company does not respond to emails, chat, or answer calls. There is no follow-up after requesting a refund and your money is not reimbursed. You are giving them free money for no product.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
A mistake was made with a subscription. It was handled very quickly, and professionally. The representative that contacted me was very kind. Customer service is not at the forefront with alot of companies. I can say that the customer service I received was top notch! I will continue to use this product because it is great but so appreciate the professionalism of this company!
Just a flat out scam
Just a flat out scam. Placed 2 different orders: one was a $25 dollar order for 2 tubes of toothpaste. Paid for it entirely with online credit, $0 out of pocket, and got the slowest possible shipping available. The other order was $250 of all their best stuff. Now on this order, I used my own money. I went all out and bought a wireless whitening kit, whitening toothbrush, even the confidence club subscription service. With this second order, I bought express shipping. This is the fastest possible option on their website and costed me an extra $25. Keep in mind, this order they collected money from me unlike the first one. Both of these orders were placed on the same exact day within an hour of each other. The order that was FREE DUE TO USING STORE CREDITS is already at my house. With the slowest possible rates, it has already arrived. The second order with express shipping that costed $250? No where to be found. I've contacted support in every possible way; chat, phone, and email. Not a single response despite continuing to send me promotional emails and flood my inbox with new sales. This has led me to believe that Snow is a fraudulent company. Once they have your money, that is where the service ends. They have no interest in actually supplying you with a quality product, nor do they have interest in helping you out if you experience any problems. I can't speak on the quality of these products, because I never received them, but what I can say is that the ethics and morals of this company are the worst I've ever experienced. I'd recommend yellow crusty teeth before I'd recommend this company.
Took my money (£200+)
Took my money (£200+). No product dispatched or received. Not answering my emails or communicating. Since writing this review I have successfully made contact via Instagram. My original order is being cancelled and a new order placed.
Late delivery and poor customer service
Purchased the product 2 weeks ago and on the tracking it says the item still hasn't been shipped yet. Sent out 2 emails to follow up and didn't get anything other than their marketing emails. I don't know if the product is good or bad but I don't think it's worth waiting 2-3 weeks for. Might ask for refund if they don't respond.
I placed my order on November 27th and…
I placed my order on November 27th and still have not received it. When I call to follow up, it says that the order is still processing. I’ve called, sent and email and used their chat services for the last week. Not one response! They can’t keep up (or communicate) about their cyber Monday sales, yet they keep trying to run more Holiday sales.
Not fulfilling orders - stealing money
Three weeks have passed since I placed my order, and it still has not been processed. It's frustrating—they took my money with a smile but seem to have disappeared when it comes to offering any assistance or reaching out to ask about my order. I've tried getting in touch through phone, email support, and chat but have not received any responses. This company's customer service is a major letdown, and it's making me question their integrity. And those positive reviews? They seem too good to be true now and most likely paid reviews.
Great company!
Great company. Stands behind their product!
I am very skeptical of Snow's reviews
I am very skeptical of Snow's reviews. If you look under the hood on Trustpilot and BBB, you'll see a multitude of dissatisfied customers (myself included). Their customer service page indicates that they get back to customers quickly. They do not. I have not heard from them in the 19 days since I placed my order, despite multiple attempts to call, e-mail, and use their chat feature. Their website indicates that their team will get back to their customers in 24-48 business hours. They have failed to do so countless times at this point. My attempts to call their customer service line have left me waiting for hours, with no response. They continue to send me a ton of marketing e-mails, and at one point, a generic email from "Josh" noted that at least part of my order would arrive as scheduled but some products may be delayed. It was not customized in any fashion to my order. To date, none of my order has shipped or arrived, nor have any real updates been given. I was excited to try this product, but now I feel like I have been duped. I understand that the lead up to the holidays can be very busy for many companies. Having said that, Snow could at least attempt to communicate with their customers in an effective way. What they've demonstrated so far is not poor customer service, but the absence of customer service. I've noticed some pretty heavy defense of their "excellent" customer service on BBB and TrustPilot, but I've yet to have the opportunity to even engage with someone from their team. I get the impression that Snow largely focuses on marketing and customer acquisition, but doesn't really seem to place any emphasis on customer service, customer satisfaction, or customer retention. I just want to get the order I paid for. At the very least, an update on my order would be great. If you can send marketing e-mails out on a near daily basis, surely you could find a way to communicate with paying customers, no?
