Worst customer service ever.

I placed an order with Snow 3 weeks ago. I emailed the company 3 times to ask where it was with no response. I finally got an email saying it had been dispatched but the tracking number goes to a postal service in Norway and I'm in the UK! I've never had to wait this long to receive a product and just be ignored by a company! The product itself works well but after this experience, I wouldn't order from this company again.

Black Friday unfulfilled promise and no refund

During Black Friday, Snow offered a great deal on products. After purchasing the product deal, we were immediately informed via email that they would not be able to fulfill the order for several weeks and we asked for our order to be cancelled. After multiple request and attempts via email and phone to cancel, we heard nothing from SNOW except upsale emails. We had to dispute the charge on our credit card and still went two more weeks before hearing back from SNOW. Unfortunately they still haven’t canceled our order or refunded us. Even in their responses they admit they cannnot fulfill the order but will not confirm cancellation or refund us. This issue has been escalated to bbb and to credit card company.

Customer Service is Terrible

I placed an order and then started getting emails trying to sell me more stuff. I don't buy more until I try the initial order. Still have not received the order, just emails full of excuses. I wrote last week and told them to cancel. No acknowledgement. I wrote again and told them to cancel. No acknowledgement. How many times must I cancel? They are ignoring me and really making me angry. I have written three times telling these people to cancel the order. They will not acknowledge and the package finally arrived December 24. I don't want it and will handle it through my credit card company. To refuse to acknowledge a cancellation is unscrupulous.

Missing Package.

I ordered a package. And i have been contacting these guys for almost a month for my missing package, called, emailed and not a single response. Multiple times, haven't heard back at all. Even provided proof to USPS and filing claims to them about it not being delivered. and no one wants to step in.

Representative Great! Company needs to get stock of product on holiday for customers to get it on time and not have to wait a month.

Awful

Awful. Ordered in November and order still has not shipped. Have called and emailed but only get generic emails promising shipment soon. If I do not hear from a live person soon I will contact my credit card company to request reimbursement. If this is a legitimate company they need to fix these issues before they end up going out of business because of angry customers.

Great product. Great service.

I'm not sure what's with the bad reviews. I've never had a problem getting my orders and I've found their customer service to be great! I've even subscribed for refills. I'm guessing people are a little impatient expecting quick shipping during holiday madness. Love my SNOW!

Horrible customer service and possible Scam

Horrible customer service. I received a completely incorrect order. The items that I ordered were not even in the package. I've attempted to leave vm, several emails and tried contact via chat bot. There is no way to correct the issue. This company is just a scam. So I'm out Christmas gifts and money. Sadly, I don't seem to be the only person this season.
