Ordered on February 12th due to "fast shipping" claims and the implications id receive my product in some sort of reasonable time frame. Reached out to support weeks ago, which went unanswered. After tons and tons of clicking around on the site, I finally figured out how to initiate a chat - which is not live. Someone got back to me stating I pre-ordered the product, although there was absolutely zero indication of this. Misleading. Then told that the 60 day guarantee is based on the order date, so I better be diligent if I'd like to cancel. I was offered an alternative product. This whole ordeal is disappointing and I feel severely misled and spent way more than I truly wanted to on this product. I would avoid if they can't be transparent or reasonable. There's no reason why the site STILL does not state the product is not available and allows you to order it with the falsity of "fast shipping". It's been a month and I just found out 4 days ago I "pre ordered" a product that was seemingly available upon order....

I ordered going off of Trustpilot’s overall great reviews of the company since I have been burnt in the past. I ordered on February 18th, for two day shipping. Never received. I emailed through the site, through a direct email that I got from this site, and called their customer service. No one on their CS line has called me back. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and will also be disputing the rest of the payment since I did an installment plan. Do NOT order from here. Now I learned a second valuable lesson; research company reviews on multiple trusted review sites!

I placed an order on February 20 and have not received any communication regarding order status or shipping. They took my money but I never received a product. Do not buy from this company. I will be reporting them to the BBB and giving negative reviews on every review platform.

This isn’t a review however I’m curious as to why 95% of these reviews are regarding their customer service experience and not how well the products actually work if they do. This really makes me leery about purchasing anything because these products are a bit pricey

When my order for the booster powder was delayed, I was concerned that maybe my order was lost. I reached out to customer service and they responded to let me know about the delay, offered options for completing the order, and provided a store credit for my trouble, which I am going to use to place another order. They were very responsive, kind and empathetic, and corrected my issue to my satisfaction.

Amazing customer service! They warranty your products with upgrades, if something does not work. Very nice, communicative and professional.

Can’t get anyone to reply to my request for a delivery date. They took my money but I have had to communication from them at all.

Placed my order 5 Feb, and have sent several emails inquiring about my order that’s still on “Preparing shipment” status, and finally received a reply back today, 26 Feb. The response states that they will be shipping soon, but unsure of the exact shipping and delivery dates. I was given 3 options to choose from. Option #1, wait till all my items are available for shipping. Option #2, split the order and ship available items now and the rest later, once it’s available. Option #3, Cancel my order and refund my money. However, they said if I choose Option 1 & 2, the 60-day money back guarantee applies based on original purchase date, and that is 5 Feb. By the time I received any of my items, whenever that is, the 60-day money back guarantee will already be expired. They continue to advertise and claim 3-5 business days estimated delivery of the items, which is a lie, knowing that items are not available, and yet they charge your card, as soon as you place your order. Frustrated is an understatement. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company, unless you’re willing to wait for a long time.
