Placed an order on February 16th; 10 days, later order "still being processed" and has not shipped. Emails not responded to, and phone number goes to a voicemail service no matter what time of day I call. Starting to believe this a scam.

Replacement heads don’t fit. No response from customerService

I’ve been trying to get replacement heads that actually fit my toothbrushes. They make it impossible to know if you have a generation 1 or 2. They don’t send you an order confirmation email and they add products to your order that you didn’t put in your cart so you end up with items you didn’t want plus a snow protection plan. I’ve contacted their support via email and have left voicemails as it is impossible to get a real person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY as the customer service is horrible.

Toothbrush heads break and shed in your mouth

I bought Snow products that totaled 400 dollars without sale, with sale it was 236 dollars. I got free items with my order during Black Friday sale. The LED electric toothbrush and toothbrush heads came free. Within 1 week usage, while brushing my teeth, the toothbrush head broke in half in my mouth exposing the wires. I sent an email with photos and they sent me two more toothbrush heads. 2 almost 3 weeks later while brushing my teeth, the toothbrush heads started shedding in my mouth which is a huge choking hazard. I sent them another email with photos and they offered to send more replacements x2 or a 50 dollar discount BUT have not confirmed if they were sending replacements or that 50 dollar discount following up on the email thread which tells me they’re bogus business practices. Mind due the toothbrush and brush heads itself are 129 dollars and 12 dollars each without sale. For those prices you would think you’re getting quality products but you’re basically paying high prices for a temu toothbrush. Stick to your regular trusted branded toothbrushes and toothbrush heads. Other than that, the other whitening products were mediocre and I see no difference and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t smoke or drink alcohol, soda, or coffee. Mainly bought the products for tea stains. Don’t recommend this at all. *update: their phone number listed won’t be answered by a representative, it’ll make you leave a voicemail and they’ll never call you back. Bogus business practice, they won’t honor replacing your broken pieces. Sending them all my items back for a full refund. They have time to reply here but not emails to your concerns.

Been over a month still no product

I ordered my products in January. Its now end of February and I haven't received all of my products. Now it seems like this was just a scam. Still waiting and not sure when or if I'll actually get anything. Update: Snow has reached out letting me know they should be sending the products in stock. I'll update review once I actually get them.

Still waiting….

I placed my order 2/9 and my items have yet to ship. I sent an email and inquire about my order and have not heard anything back. I understand there are delays but you should keep your costumers informed. I haven’t even tried my items yet but I’m very unlikely to recommend the products.

SCAM! Never received order or even confirmation email

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER!!!!! Would give 0 stars if that was an option. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. No confirmation email received, no shipment or tracking information provided. I have followed up twice (via the shop app as well as the snow website customer service) and received automated responses but no actual response, can’t seem to get ahold of an actual person. My card has been charged and yet I have no product nor information from the company on it ever being purchased. LUCKILY I have the shop app to have the order number, otherwise I would’ve been screwed without an email confirmation. Will be disputing the charges with my bank, and reporting to BBB!

Just received and wont charge!

I just received my snow toothbrush yesterday and it will not charge. I have tried everything including different charger blocks and outlets. Please send me a toothbrush that works! I’m so upset. I was really excited about this toothbrush and paid nearly $100 for it.
