I cannot review the actual product because I never received it. I ordered 2 day shipping 9 days ago and have received no confirmation of shipping. Have reached out to support several times and have gotten no response. Very disappointed. Update 2/19/25 - have finally received my order and excited to try it! The delay was a major disappointment, so important to understand that it may happen.

I placed an order in December, 9 weeks ago, and it never came. A month ago, snow replied to my complaints and tried to resend the product, it still hasn’t arrived and no one is answering me from customer service SNOW501649381

I have using Snow products for a few years now. My teeth have never been so white as they are now. I love Snow! I’ve had great customer service when I needed help. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. I have never gotten so many compliments on my teeth before using this. I always tell people to try Snow. If you haven’t tried it, give it a whirl. You will be amazed if you use it correctly. I’m 70 years old and my teeth make me look a lot younger. Worth every penny!

Purple whitening strips - this didn’t work for me. No visible results. It contains sucralose which is not good for the health. I contacted customer service about the money back guarantee multiple times and they never responded.

This are terrible. I just wasted 3 strips trying to get them on my teeth because the kept getting stuck to my lip and ripped/bunched up beyond use. Also when I can manage to get them on they don’t last long and dissolve quickly and unevenly. This is making me worried my teeth are not being evenly whitened.

There’s no customer service. I’ve emailed and called with no answer. Ordered 2 weeks ago and I’ve yet to get any shipping info. Not sure why they take so long to package 1 product. Disappointed with the service and just overall service. Will not buy in the future and will look else where.

They do not ship to Spain

No Customer Service whatsoever. I emailed 3 times regarding an issue I had with my order and got no reply. Be careful when you order from this company as they add on things to your order and even worse, no explanation as to what is a Snow Order Protection???? They charged me $31 for this and I have no idea what it is other than the obvious order protection but from what? Their own scam? I wish!!!
