Can’t comment on the quality of the product itself when I ordered a month ago and still haven’t received the kit. I’m going with this company must be a scam since I never received what I bought.

This company has the worst customer service. They say they take pride in processing orders quickly, within 3-5 days, but it took them OVER 2 weeks to ship my order. They make it impossible to reach out to an actual person. Every time I tried to start a chat to contact a person, not a bot, it always said the chat is offline no matter what time or day it was. I tried reaching out multiple times to get any updates on my order, but I have yet to receive ANY sort of response. This lack of response truly just ruined my opinion of this brand no matter what the quality of the product is like.

*SCAM* If I could give a zero stars I would, this product is hyped up on social media but it’s not real. I paid $50 for the teeth whitening powder and never received the product or even a confirmation email. I reached out the company to see if there was an issue and they neglect to evenanswer any emails. DO NOT BUY!!!

Products are great but customer service and response is non-existent. Where is my order?! Placed order on Jan 31. Still no shipping confirmation and it is Feb 10. Their FAQ says 2-5 days to process and ship out. I've tried to connect but their "chat" is never manned and no one will respond to my inquiry. About to reverse the charge on my cc. Bummed.

I have been emailing with snow for close to a month to have my wireless kit replaced as the one they sent me was defective. I sent them a video that they requested showing it not working on 1/15/25 and as of 1/31/25 they have stopped responding to my emails. This has been terrible customer service experience and a complete waste of money.

I appreciate how fast your company got back to me. I really love my wireless whitener kit and I am so happy to be able to use it again it always makes my teeth amazingly white without any irritation. Thank you 😃

Beware this is a total scam! They don’t send you your order details but 100s of junk emails once order is placed. They ignore your emails and never respond the customer service is the absolute worst. And now they have stolen my money so I’ll get it back off my credit card this company is a huge SCAM!!
