Initially wrong postcode which you changed. DPD left the parcel in a different street, yes number 7, but completely wrong house. We are trying to speak to the residents of this house to obtain our parcel. All this and it arrived to late for our trip away in France and had to ask a neighbour to try and locate the parcel for us, nothing yet

Do not relay on them for gifts. I planned my visit to friend of mine for her baby according to delivery time frame when I made the order. Was 2-3 days, plenty of time ahead but today is day 3 and nothing was delivered. I had to cancel all my plans and the day off I took. No emails were sent for the delay. I would never order from them
