Fast service, good product.

I bought a bird camera advertised as useable for nectar as well as seed. It was not. Nectar just ran out. Contacted Heartland. Told the maker of the feeder is the one advertising that. When I contacted the company that made the feeder- at Heartland's suggestion- to see if there was a different feeder or an adapter that would fit for nectar, they said Heartland writes the advertising. I have no way of knowing who is telling the truth. Either way, it was misrepresented. I have a credit but likely won't use based on my experience. Disappointing as a first time customer.

There is a problem with the female threads on the power box for this antenna. It won't thread onto my male cable connection on my TV, but I can thread other items onto it with no issues. I'm also disappointed in the fact that the whole thing is cheap plastic. We have hail storms here during the Monsoon season, and this antenna would be destroyed in no time at all. I'm returning it for an exchange with a metal antenna. Highly disappointed!

The reason I give 4 stars is because I did not receive an email with product tracking, once shipped. I had to call Heartland America to track the item for me.
