I received an abnormal test result. My understanding was, based on all the information from their website and the information in my test package I would receive a telephone call from an actual person to discuss any abnormal results and potential treatment options. Instead I received an automated text message alerting me I had a result, and I needed to log into my account to read it. Now I not only have anxiety about the abnormal result, but I am turning to the internet for information, which is exactly what I did not want to do, as I wait to get in to see my doctor. I should've saved the time and money and simply saw my doctor, who now must re-test me anyways. This experience with letsgetchecked not only wasted my money, but it wasted my time as well. There are some things in life you can "come up a little short on" service wise, medical testing is absolutely not one of those things. Zero stars, would not recommend.
