I purchased a kit for cortisol testing a while ago. The company operates with a black/white mentality. I misplaced my kit due to some packages being taken (I live in the city) so my landlord would hold onto them for me and this one slipped under my radar. The kit expired and was not used, NEITHER was the lab test service part. I reached out to customer service and they don't offer any replacement kits. (I spent $100+ and did not utilize the lab test part.) They were not helpful and Martyna who kept going in circles about the expiration date didn't even bother to try to solve the gray area issue. This happens to many people!! A good company offers solutions!!. I don't mind paying a smaller fee for a replacement kit BUT you stole my money because I have NOT used the lab testing services which is the most expensive part of the process and PART of the total sale price. This is a FULL-service item of collection AND testing!!! Very unprofessional compared to other service providers who consider nuanced experiences and who will issue a new kit(I have done this with Dna testing, so yes it can be done if you want a lifelong customer and value workarounds) I will not use this company again. I loathe foreign companies because of this poor customer approach and extortion mentality and I would not have made a purchase had I known.

Have used “Let’s get checked” for a while now but the last 3 times there have been delays on receiving the tests, they use to be so quick and efficient but seem to be very slow now, for the price I would expect a speedy service (like before) Update - 23/4/24 - Let’s get checked reached out and apologised, offered me a free test which was much appreciated. thank you and great customer service

All went well but i was never notified that my test results were ready. all communication has been by email so i assumed i would get an email. i had to download the app to check and found test results.

I am concerned that the ranges they have for thyroid, particularly the thyroid antibodies, are not what other labs have. So they are saying I checked out normal, but according to ALL the other ranges I see online, I have an autoimmune disorder! I called their nurse and she couldn’t say what their ranges are so different. So now I am left wondering what to think!

This company is a scam. Followed all the steps perfectly then get an message saying the below, and that if I want I can just buy another test for EUR89 to do it all over again. Do they think I'm thick. Awful service will just go to a reliable GP in future. "A hemolyzed test result or ‘hemolysis’ can happen when the red blood cells in the sample burst. When this happens, it is usually not possible to get a test result. Hemolysis can happen with any blood test, regardless of the method of blood collection (eg. finger sample or venous blood draw) and where it was collected (eg. at the doctor's surgery, self-collection or in hospital). It is more likely to occur if sample collection was prolonged or difficult and the finger was squeezed or ‘milked’, if the sample was shaken vigorously or if there was a long delay between sample collection and analysis."

This company does great marketing but fails to execute on the testing ... their lab practices and customer support is purely in place to run a scheme on consumers. There are better companies out there doing testing with better practices and results
