I liked the ease of the test but I had to pay for a consultation just to have the Dr tell me to go see a PCP for my abnormal results. Now, my Dr has to redo the tests because he does not trust or accept the results from here. Very stressed and feel in need of some answers about my health and can't get there.

This is the third year I ordered the FIT test for colon cancer screening. Always an excellent experience! From ordering the test to getting the results, these people take good care of you! Very fair pricing, they even run sales! Excellent customer service answers all your questions! They even have a nursing staff to speak with if your test results needs professional follow up ! This is a good way to get tested prior to seeing a professional. These tests ( they have many screening tests) can save lives or catch a problem early! Highly !

Clear information given online. Easy to follow instructions to complete order. Received test kit within 2 days, again clear instructions on how to use. Email with results followed, again giving clear information. Very professional altogether.

The people/nurses are really great, the customer service is quick and kind. The results were lightening fast! I’m happy about the team. The kit, however, is not for the faint of heart. They do not tell you that you will be needing to fill a certain size tube with a considerable amount of blood for a finger poke situation. I was given 6 lancets I believe. All were used, on all 6 recommended fingers. I had nurses at my job help me “milk” my fingers trying to fill the tube. It was a bloody mess and couldn’t get even close to half the tube. I asked customer service what to do as my lancets were gone. They replied quick. They said either get $26 refund (which cancelled my $90 test) or they will send a 1 time new kit for a redo. At this point I gave up had my blood drawn in clinic at my job and then syringed into the letsgetchecked tube because I didn’t want to lose $90. I learned that I could not dodge my fear of blood draws after all. However, my results were given quickly as I paid for next day air. This was a nice perk. But my goshh the amount of blood shed.

Really hard to get enough blood!!! Finally got enough… didn’t realize it had to be before 10am. Definitely have to know how to read…
