Always was able to speak with a human and everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and sympathetic. 4 stars because I thought they need to add a bit more information on timing of sample collection; I'd advise one to not do so on Friday. My sample had a long way to go to get from lower west coast to upper Eastern facility. Having said that, my sample got tested and results emailed to me Monday afternoon as promised. ps please follow instructions and DON'T SQUEEZE.

Great: getting the kit, registering it, getting the results and apparently the quality of the results. Potential Improvement: 1. Collecting the sample: floating tissue paper in the toilet DOES NOT work. Cologuard uses a cardboard container that is secured under the seat - could you provide something like this? 2. The instructions could be a little clearer with diagrams for each step as well.

The process for my test was streamedlined and easy. Also, my results returned in a timely and confidential manner. I would use this company again.

I checked three vitamins in one test but had difficulty filling the tiny test tube. I used all the puncture devices after putting my hands under very warm water, shaking them and moving about more. I had hydrated well but was only able to produce a minimal specimen. Although somewhat frustrated about the process, I sent it into the lab anyway thinking they probably would not be able to test my meager sample. I was relieved, however, to have gotten the results, thanks to the lab technicians! Due to my difficulty, I don't think I will repeat this particular test in the future but am thankful it worked out. I will likely chose a simpler single vitamin test next time.

The package was delayed a few days. UPS fault. Prompt and thorough response from medical customer service. I was disappointed that I had to reach out to customer service though. The instructions indicate there's serum in the collection tube. My tube had enough serum to fill up about 1/3 of the way to the serum line. This meant I had to squeeze a lot of blood to get it to fill all the way to the top line. They confirmed with me the amount of serum was acceptable after I sent the photo they requested. I'm glad they asked for photos. I had to poke three fingers to get enough blood. It would have been good to have 4 bandaids.
