A slight hiccup over a delay resulting from not allowing enough time for a screed (over quarry tiles) to dry off, but all good now. I've used these guys 3 times now and would definitely recommend them.

Have had a lot of help from 123 floor after a previous carpet I had by S.CS. was very poorly fitted, cut too short and grippers not fitted to meet bedroom carpet along with very poor customer service. Also not returning calls and ignoring recorded delivery letters as advised by consumer advice. (Trust Pilot. Please note )After a year of complaining and hassle with that company 123 Floor have come to the rescue and replaced carpet with a lovely quality carpet fitted expertly by capable professional fitter who was also helpful and friendly and cleaned up upon finishing . Yes I would have no hesitation in reccomending 123 Floor to anyone, in fact I have already done so. Well pleased.

The whole process with well managed with everyone arriving on time and completing the work to a high standard. We are very pleased with the end result.
