123floor are excellent - I would certainly recommend them - there were a couple of problems with our original order both of which were sorted out quickly, efficiently and extremely pleasantly. We were very happy with the outcome and with the service we received

Only the morning of the job (laminate floor) the workmen arrived as scheduled, were very polite and informative about what would be going on during the day. Later in the day, they phoned as I was out, to inform me the job was completed and gave advice on looking after it. A superb job and I have no complaints.
