These days it’s hard to find real professionalism but I’ve been really impressed with 123floor. Charlie’s help in the store is invaluable, Rob comes out to do home visits in a very considerate manner and the fitters have all been excellent. The products are good quality and value for money. This is a company I actually enjoy employing!

The only company who, thoughout this horrific experience of building an extension, have actually done everything they promised, on time and to an extremely high standard and to the price agreed. Rob and the fitter were absolutely great. Unfortunately Charlie spent too much time telling us how busy (snowed under) he was or how big the pile of jobs on his desk was, rather than treating us as individual customers - this is probably why mistakes were made, for example sending us a chasing email saying it had been three months since 123Floor had visited our property and did we want go proceed... despite the fact the work had already been completed the week before. I felt compelled to leave this review after visiting the shop last weekend to enquire about the final room in the house being carpeted - before we had even got through the door Charlie announced that he was closing the shop early as he was so busy (surprise surprise) with the phone going nonstop, and said we could come back the following day. This was at approximately 3pm on a Friday afternoon, with one customer sitting at the desk and no phones ringing.

From start to finish 123flooring were friendly, professional and comparable! Perfect!
