Great service, advice and kind understanding when our builders failed and failed again to have our house ready for the carpets. In the end the carpets were fitted in a day rather than the two days allocated as the fitters just did not stop. To make it even better, it would have been good to have the fitters hoover the carpets and have been advised when the scotch guarding was due to be done.

123 couldn’t have been more helpful from beginning to end. We did encounter some problems with the sub floor but 123 were there to advise and sort the problem out. A wonderful job really thrilled with the floor laid by Dave who worked so hard. Thank you 123.

First class from start to finish ! Rob was very helpful and friendly when measuring up and gave great advice . Price was competitive and so we went ahead . Curly was not happy with the quality of the screed finish when applied and so returned to do another layer . No extra cost was added to the bill . We are just about to return to order a stair carpet !!

Fantastic service, 123 Floor have fitted Amtico flooring in our dining room ans the service from start to finish was excellent. They have also fitted carpets throughout the house, again really happy with the end result. Would recommend them any day, great team to work with.
