Fitters were polite and curteous and did a very professional job. I had to rearrange my fitting date a couple of times due to personal reasons and the company was very accommodating. There service I received from start to finish was excellent and there was no pressure to purchase.

We had to wait for the work to be done but it was worth it. The floor layers turned up on time, were helpful, tidy and polite. The finished job makes a huge difference to our hallway and enhances the entrance to the house.

We had a huge and completely unprecedented flash flood that left the school uninhabitable and needing a complete refurb. Early predictions were that the school would not be open for months as it would take so long at this time of year to get contractors in. 123 floor were there as soon as the building was clear to measure up and prepare for fitting while the floors dried out and remedial work was carried out. Carpets were being laid the day after the insurance companies immediate response team had left and this continued until the whole academy was refitted. During this time many other works were happening and 123 floor always remained flexible, professional and more then helpful. Thanks to 123 floor we are opening our doors in September for the first day back as usual. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the teams hardwork and flexibility. From the moment we entered the store for the very first time we knew we'd get floors for our new home from 123floor. Charlie and the team made us feel welcome every single time we came, provided expert advice and recommended floors that best fit our needs and budget. When things got delayed with our house purchase they were very understanding and offered to keep the wood in their warehouse for as long as we needed it. Despite our decision to lay the floor ourselves I felt comfortable contacting the team again when we removed an old carpet and discovered the subfloors in a terrible condition. Rob took the time to discuss the details and helped us identify the best solution to fix the issue. What's more, he also lent us primer to use to prepare the floor without charging us for it.
