In short, and to be honest 'Not happy'. They have a brilliant track record online but on the ground its a different picture.Being too busy is also not a good thing.It cascades down to almost every aspect of the "sale" process ending up in you being there at the wrong time with the right person. Wouldn't recommend from my experience as the "after sale" is also a painful thing.

123Floor provided us with the best experience from any retailer. Their advice at every stage was spot on and they made the whole process feel easy. We were given clear information about the products, how they would perform and their suitability. There were prompt responses to any queries, everything happened as we were told it would and the workmanship was a high standard. We are delighted with the result. (And everyone was so nice!)

So far I've only had a small utility room done in advance of fitting the new units but that was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. This was a prelude to the fitting of a new timber floor through most of the ground floor later this month and to date Charlie at 123 Floors has been very helpful.

123floor were asked to find carpet similar to what we had spotted at John Lewis but at a better price. They found a supplier of a super-soft carpet for our bedroom, in just the right colour and at an affordable price. Our fitted bedroom install dates were delayed and 123floor were flexible and fitted around our revised dates. Their installation team did an excellent job, fully meeting our expectations and helping make come true our dream of having a luxury master bedroom.
