They offer good advice without being pushy and were very helpful over delivery times and changing the order. We had our own fitters but this made no difference to their service.

We were recommended 123 Floor by a friend and they certainly didn't disappoint: the quality of advice, products and customer service that we've experienced was second to none. From the start, the staff were extremely knowledgeable, helping us to chose the right product for the right budget ...and although 123 Floor were not the cheapest we could find on the market, their prices were fair and reflecting the quality of their products. The fitter was as lovely, polite and hard working as the rest of the staff so altogether a very pleasant experience, thank you very much! Highly recommended.

Our new carpet was installed on two non-consecutive days by a team of friendly and competent tradesmen who responded exactly to our needs. The carpet we chose was not one which was suggested by 123floor, but when we gave them the opportunity to quote for the job, they responded in a timely, professional and compelling way. We have no hesitation in recommending Charlie and his team to anyone requiring a flooring solution.

Although fitted a day later then original order. We were told in advance, and the reason why. Lee the fitter was very attentive to our wishes and fitted the floor beautifully. As we were finishing the edges ourselves he suggested finishes and how best to fit them. The floor is just as we envisioned and we would recommend 123 flooring to everyone . Thank you all so much.

This review is with reference to bedroom underlay & carpet Very helpful about the various types of carpet & which ones are easy to clean. Delivered and left a carpet sample book. Carpet fitted when they promised. Carpet fitters did a good job with no damage to the skirting board paintwork. When complete they hoovered the room. This is the second time I have used this company.
