I cannot recommend 123floor more. From the minute I first walked in and wasn't entirely sure what I wanted or would work to the after care and service, the whole experience has been exemplary. Charlie in particular is great with a non-pushy sales technique, he just offers his opinion and advice without going in with the hard sell. He advised me to get the Alabaster flooring for my kitchen and it looks and works perfectly, I was also struggling with being able to afford this option so he found a solution that made it more financially viable. He has also given me advice on how to maintain the floor's quality and longevity going forward. I always prefer to use local businesses to the big chains and I am so glad i did exactly that this time and will definitely go back again.

The fitter, Curly, spent a lot of time ensuring that the pattern was absolutely right and that it met with our approval. The team in the store pointed us in the right direction, was honest with us and were very flexible to suit our needs and timings. The fitters were quick, cleaned up after themselves and professional. The carpets that we have now are just amazing and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend 123flooring and all of the team there.

I'm so impressed with the whole experience. From the shop display - like a paint shade card rather than the usual mish-mash of carpet sample books all over the shop (and helpful salesperson) - to the speedy fitting of chosen carpet by a really great fitter. What I have failed to mention is the promptness of visiting my home to measure up and the unbelievably speedy Quotation with fitting date the same day!!
