I ordered flooring from 123 floor which through no fault of their own was delayed by a few weeks. Regretfully this was not good as I was due to go into hospital for a hip operation; the flooring was de- livered on Wed and fitted next day Thursday, the day of my admission. I asked the fitter if he could fit the Sky internet cable (like a thin phone line) under the floor or skirting. He agreed. Half way through his fitting I had to access Sky internet and discovered that the wire was damaged so lost contact with the internet. This was a real problem as I would be housebound after hospital and had no time to get it repaired beforehand. Getting the correct cable was problem - first the wrong cable came and then eventually the right one was delivered, getting it connected was an issue too. All very stressful, costly and bad timing. The finished flooring was OK.

Really brilliant job from start to finish by Rob, Charlie and Gus. Always kept informed of progress from the acceptance of estimate to the start of laying the floor. Gus worked like the clappers and got the whole job done in 2 days - no mean feat! Service and 'after care' were excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

123Floor fitted stair and bedroom carpets for us. The choice of carpets, particularly in their striped range was very extensive. All aspects of the service from shop to measuring to fitting was first class.

We were very impressed with the staff at 123 Flooring. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. When appointments were made they arrived promptly and on one occasion forewarned us that they could be late due to motorway problems which was no fault of theirs. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and have already been back to buy an additional product.

123 flooring fitted our entire house with carpets following our refurbishment. They were easy to deal with, offered great design ideas (thanks Charlie for the stripes on the stairs), and generally helpful throughout the process. To top it off the whole thing came in at an excellent price. We really couldn't recommend them more.
