Pharmacy2U! Do not look anywhere else!

As I am not very well I use pharmacy to you weekly. My medication always arrives in decent time. I do pre order before I need the meds as postage can take a while but I understand there is a process they must follow. Due to their service I have purchased separately from them for vitamins and mounjaro injection. I highly recommend them and it most certainly beats queuing at the pharmacy for ages. Thank you.

Whilst the delivery is quick and on time, items are missed off - TWICE I have ordered Amlopidine and twice they have not been delivered. No explanation or note saying they will follow when they are in stock or when that is likely to be! My husband has not been able to have these for two months now, even though they are meant to be taken daily as prescribed by our GP.

Returned perscription to spine but left the app pending as awaiting stock. Can never get to speak to anyone on the phone.

Love it

Makes ordering repeat prescriptions so simple and stress free and the added bonus of having delivered to your door. Reminders to order more always in plenty of time too. How did we cope before. Superb service.

Very variable service, increasingly bad

Very variable service with lloyds direct, extremely slow response to support. Last two prescriptions have been ridiculous. Unable to dispense one medication, they eventually sent me a barcode to drag around local pharmacies. Next, they sent me one part of prescription, and despite all but one other part saying it was in stock, and I specifically requested 'send me all the in stock items now', they did not dispense the drugs and instead a week later sent me a barcode again. What is the point of this terrible service?

Very reliable

I can’t order directly through Lloyds any more so have to order on the NHS app - because GPs changed how we can do it. Ordered meds on Friday, delivered Monday. They are very good with communication and if you need an urgent prescription they can send a code so you can go to a pharmacy. I’ve been with them for several years and never had a problem.
