Always wrong, always!

Foolishly I've been ordering my repeat medication from this cowboy outfit for years. They started off great but now nothing is ever in stock, my prescriptions go "missing", I get incorrect emails, they claim my prescription is with another pharmacy when it isn't, and their customer service is appalling. They always say the same thing, they claim to answer within 12 hours but it's always 3 days or more with the tired excuse of "we're busier than usual". That'll be because you're so rubbish, everyone is trying to contact you. I'm guessing all the good reviews are either bots or paid to leave reviews. This company is AWFUL.

Since being prescribed Cenobamate…

Since being prescribed Cenobamate Tablets in Oct 2024 for my absent seizures which the tablets have greatly reduced; Every prescription repeat request has always had a status of Low Stock or Awaiting Stock - So as you can imagine this can stress a patient and with stress comes seizures. I cant understand why my GP cant prescribe a 2 months worth so when I have finished 1 months then request for another repeat prescription so therefore never running out of medication. And then LloydsDirect have the cheek when you state how urgent the medication is needed to ask your GP to place you on different medication.

I always had great service with LLoyds…

I always had great service with LLoyds direct /Echo. meds on time in their original packaging but since being shunted over to Pharmacy2u the opposite is true. Can I come back please ?

Delays on EVERYTHING!

Stoma bags = we are waiting for stock, fresubin 2kcal = we are waiting for stock, dressings = we are waiting for stock... For MONTHS! I have ran out of stoma bags (thanks Lloyds direct... You're a waste of time and bother) called GP who says they're still nominated pharmacy... No they're not! (Even stated on the phone about the issues to GP and they didn't take it seriously, had to call 111 an hour ago to fix the GP issue that they (the GP) didn't listen to...)

Use a different service!

I'm not a patient via Lloyd's direct thank heaven's.. I received someone's medication earlier and missed my postman so I couldn't even hand back (yes Royal mail - plus they obviously didn't notice a completely different postcode)... however, I tried calling Lloydsdirect directly only to be faced with an endless and typical automated phone service. Guess I'll try and catch the postman tomorrow.. Mrs A.Khan I suggest using a different service!
