Highly Recommend Easterns
Everyone at Easterns was responsive, friendly, and customer-oriented. In particular, Craig Dewey was tremendously helpful and informative. It was definitely the best car-buying experience that we've had, and we came away with just the right car at a great price. We would absolutely go to Easterns again.

My salesman Brandon Jones was amazing
My salesman Brandon Jones was amazing, However management sucks. Not very accommodating at all. My car had no manual, instead of ordering one, they had my salesman print over 428 pages. Who is going to carry that around?? I need the owner's of Eastern Motor's to do better. Lesson learned. Real dealership from now on for me!

"Excellent Customer Service and Prices" A big thank you to Jamar and Yevgin. This was the most laid back car buying experience I have ever had. The staff is extremely courteous, patient, and efficient. There is no sales pressure. The vehicles I looked at were all clean and mechanically sound. The asking prices for their inventory are all extremely competitive. I had planned on visiting multiple dealerships, but I knew I had found the right place after the first five minute. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is my second time as a customer at Eastern Auto.in Rosedale. Mr. Justin Wells was very helpful and pleasant. He is a good salesman and attentive and understanding to any issues I had. I was a hard case. Justin and Ed, (The gentleman that worked hard at getting me approved through the banks), helped me when other dealerships turned me down. I did not walk out unhappy, but I walked out with a "new" used car with reasonable monthly payments that I can afford.
