Satisfied but Not Wow'd
I expected a better warranty than 1 month/ 1,000 miles. The Van had a Coffee spill in it that attracted an infestation of Ants. They do not do a full detail cleaning, which would have prevented Me coming back to get the Van fully cleaned for Free. The Good News is I got the Vehicle I wanted and the Monthly Payment I asked for.
They were great

It was great partnering with Lawrence…
It was great partnering with Lawrence Ford. He was the 1st person that greeted us when we walked in the door. The management wanted to reassign us to another salesman who ended up being too pushy so we left. We called Lawrence days later and requested to work only with him. We're glad we did. He has great customer service and he's honest.

The worst car purchasing experience…
It was the Hyattsville location. The worst car purchasing experience ever! I drove off with a car, had it for 4 months and then was told that the car did not even belong to me. How dose this happen. They messed up my paper work several times. Then the company was treating me as if it were my fault I couldnt get a car loan. Well I took myself over to a real dealership. Nisan and was able to get financed right away, had no problems, got a better car that costs more but was blank spanking new. They say your job is your credit yet they have a hard time understanding the income of a disabled veteran. Also I was forced to sign paper work repeatedly. They said I would be fine. I've purchased 7 vehicles in my lifetime. Dont plan on using Easterns again.
Brandon was great at finding me a car…

This review is about Easterns-Sterling
This review is about Easterns-Sterling. I'm still confused as to how/why I was treated in the manner in which I felt like my business wasn't good enough. I am in the market for a new SUV. Picked out an SUV on Easterns, saw that it was in certification, called about the SUV and was told it's not on their lot yet. I was told I would receive a call when it comes in. I called 2 weeks in advance of its actual arrival to the dealership. I called again, 5 days later. Was told my name is on the list and will receive a call when the SUV gets to the lot. Was called that Friday and was told it was there. I let them know I will be there Friday evening or Saturday morning. Couldn't make it Friday so as I was headed to the dealership-READY TO BUY- I was asked by Randy, "what time are you getting here? The SUV is headed to Alexandria for someone else to look at it." I told him, I was on the way. He responds, "well they are taking it to Alexandria because they called a week ago." I told him I called 2 weeks ago. He and his employers completely disregarded me and sent the car to Alexandria. I was told if they didn't buy they would call me. I waited the entire day-no response. I received a call from Myles asking if I bought the car. I guess there was no interoffice communication as I told him they sent the car to someone else. He seemed a bit shocked and said he would call me back. I called again and spoke to someone in corporate and asked about the car. He, too, said he would call me back. To this day, NO ONE has called me and that was almost a week ago. I guess this is just business so I don't take it personally but I sought out Easterns because of their great reviews. However, unfortunately, I did not receive the same treatment and I wonder why.
