Only one Key

My husband wanted to get another car and trade his in and received a promotional ad from Easterns Auto Group. He picked out a Nissan Rouge and traded his vehicle. After we signed all of the papers, we were told that we had 7 days to test drive the car and if we were not satisfied, we could return it. The car runs great. Problem: We he returned and request the "other Key" assuming that there were two keys, he was told that there was only one key and that we would have to purchase a 2nd key. Honestly, if this was my car and not what my husband will be driving, I would have given it back within the 7 days for that reason alone. there are 2 name on the title and there should be 2 keys, and if only one was turned in, then the dealership should have accommodated us with having another one made. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone!

Randy was AWESOME!

Randy was AWESOME!! He made the process so much better then I ever thought car buying could be. The only complaint I have was the guy who washed my car did a terrible job, I need to go get it professionally detailed. I really think it was not his expertise but other than that everything was perfect!! Thank you!

Josh was AWESOME

Josh was AWESOME! He was able to get me exactly what I asked for. I told him what I could afford monthly, the vehicle I wanted and what intrest rate I could afford. Josh found me a better intrest rate than I had initially expected. Way to go Josh!! Very pleased and satisfied.

Totally impressed with the professionalism of the staff every single one of them from.the meet greet finding of my vehicle to the end of the process everyone was great and I would and have sent three more people and they said their experience has been the same also glad I went to Eastern motors best car buying experience I've ever had

First off the loan process is way too…

First off the loan process is way too slow. What really pisses me off is we told them we had $500 down. The loan manager is making us pay an additional $500 by comment he made last minute. Never going there again as this is causing me a hardship. Sorry i sent my son there. They could have worked with us and accepted $500 down. I am done with Easterns.
