If I had to do all over again

If I had to do all over again, I would not. Going the extra mile on a deal can really count sometimes. What would have cost few hundred dollars to a multi million dollar business for a good customer experience, could go a long way.

No money down means I have no money to…

No money down means I have no money to put down upon trying to make a deal they ask me to pay taxes that is part of no money very pushy with payments did not ask if I wanted a warrantee but it was added without my permission I got calls two days later to do more References because paper was lost only one key for the car I had to pay for second key I would not recommend anybody to go there and buy a car

I never got a second key...EVERYONE i talked to including friends, family and colleagues said they never heard of getting one key when u purchase a car. They wanted to sell me a key for $467... Totally bad business... The car was not a cheap car. It cost over $40,000...

Ripped off

I went in to buy the 2017 honda accord. The manager Ali is the biggest culprit. There were a few issues i pointed out the sales rep and he said they would take care of it. They promised me to fix the vibration issue aswell as a minor repair to the rear bumper. But when i went in to pickup the car the rear bumper was not fixed and after their “repair” the vibration became even worse. The manager Ali was very rude and reluctant to address these issues. They only care about your money and getting the car off the lot. DONOT trust these guys. They are very good at ripping off people. DO NOT trust the reviews on google. Even after talking to their customer service department i got the same answer. Please save your money. Now i have to spend additional 2k for brakes, rotors abd tires (three of them were one brand and 4th was a different one).
