Everything was great except the delay in actually signing the paperwork. Waited almost 2 hours after approval was communicated.

I like the 2016 ford escape, but I would have spend more money and bought the 2015 GMC Terrinn. But the odor of cigarette smoke was to strong. The salesman was very friendly and wasn't pushie. He made the experience easy. I will go back to him again.

I purchased my car from a salesman named Frances and was very happy with his professional approach to everything. But he told us that the car was completely serviced with new brakes. On the way home we noticed that the rotors were warped so we called them the next day and they told us to bring it back down. We took it back down which was a 2 hour drive and they said it was just the ABS brakes. Excuse me but ABS brakes will not make the steering wheel jump around when you apply the brakes. So I called the manager and he said the shop manager would call me back. Well...…..a week later and they still have not called back.

I had an awesome 1st time experience with Eastern Automotive Thanks to Randy Zemany and his sales team! Randy really took the time and effort to listen to my needs/concerns. I never felt pressured or uneasy, Randy is a people person and is great at what he does.
