I am upset, Next day I bought the car I discovered that the 4 rotors and brakes were bad, also the two front atruts were broken, I reported to easterners automotive and they refused to fix the Honda Odyssey I just bought. After reviewing the vehicle CARFAX I found that the car was involved in an accident which they didn’t told me that when i asked about the car, that been said that eastern automotive didn’t fixed the car neither didn’t do right the state inspection. Iwas ripped off by easterns automotive. I will let my family know and my friends and friends of friends DO NOT BUY car from this dealership.

I went to several dealerships the day I purchased my acura, and this was by far the best. The guy Uzzy was very helpful. He answered every question we had, plus they got us a great interest rate. I recommend going here, if your looking to purchase a vehicle. Great customer service from everyone there. We will definitely be back in the future.

I have been with my daughter in the past as I have watched her struggle to buy a car. Going from one dealership to another as she would walk out disappointed. Not this time! Eastern Automotive made this the best experience with no stress. Everyone was super nice and really went out of their way to provide Karrie with the car that she wanted and could afford despite her poor credit. Justin was so patient and spent all day with us. I have nothing negative to say about this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything started out wonderful Kevin was extremely helpful in the beginning. Once I got the car I noticed that entire car would shake when I hit the brakes . I texted Kevin the very next day he said bring it in. They took the truck and I wait d 21/2 hours with a 4 month old only for him to come back and tell me the rotors and brake need to be replaced. I was then told I needed to pay for the rotors and brakes to be fixed even though I didn’t even have the car for 24 hours. I refused we begin to argue about me paying 200 to get that fixed. Kevin and Ali went to the desk and Kevin begin to talk about me as if I wasn’t there I walked over there and he continued to argue with me when I walked away he continued to talk about me. I will never again shop or recommend easterns your emeployee and his manager are horrible. The manager never he stopped Kevin never corrected his behavior just allowed him to say what he wanted. This is the first and last car I’ll buy from you and I’ll be sure to tell all my family and friends.

This is my second purchase from Eastern AutoMotive and I enjoy the hospitality that they offer,and I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from them they treat me like family.

Danny was so helpful and patient. James another sales person is just a nice person. Another guy that works there named Desmond a very nice person. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly.
