Overall I’m happy with the car. I got the car I wanted with very little in the way of issues. Everyone provided great service. The process has been good with only a few minor problems. The car wasn’t completely reconditioned and still had problems that needed to be ironed out but the manager worked with me to address those concerns and now I have a great car that is fully functional. Any and all issues were addressed and overall I am happy with my decision to purchase my vehicle at Easterns.

The sales person was very friendly was not very knowledgeable on the particular vehicle but was on cars in general. I was taken aback when I asked if there was any negotiating on the sales price and the sales manager said a definitive NO. In essence take it or leave it attitude because as he said they sell the most used cars in the area and prices are set at the central office and it’s the best price available for the vehicle. In the end the price didn’t change I did get some relief when I purchased the extended warranty and another product they were selling.

I had a great experience at Easterns. The team of people who worked with me especially Michael Robinson were incredibly helpful and attentive to my preferences and concerns. In particular Mr. Robinson listened to my budget and what kind of car I was looking for, and he was able to found it the first try. He even came in on his birthday just to make sure every thing was going ok with my car. Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work. It definitely did not go unnoticed or unappreciated.
