in the past car buying experiences i was never taken seriously bc i look younger than i actually am.. this was by far the best car buying experience, Justin was so patient and so helpful, but he took me seriously from the very beginning. I just totaled my car and i just dont have time to search and play mind games with greedy sales people. the whole staff was absolutely wonderful, but Justin was a beyond fantastic salesman.

Mirza is the name of the guy who always assisted me at the Eastern in Alexandria. Some of them lack effective communication skill. Mirza is kind and will go to any length to help. After my ordeal with the wrong car key, he called me and apologized for what happened and explain to me keys are lucky in used car sales. Some cars have two, some have one. I was there last Saturday 7/28/2018 to get another tag, he helped me attaching the new tag on the car. Thanks Mirza. I will come back because of you.

I am happy with the deal I received from eastern motors. I wanted a hassle free car with all the perks. The sales team helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars was the fact that the passenger side vanity mirror was cracked and the car could have been detailed a bit better however the sales team has put in a claim to have the window fixed and has assured me that they will detail the car when I get the mirror fixed.
