Me and my husband been coming here for 3 weeks and on the last day we found 2 crabs that we liked . Craig was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient with us , the verification process and Aproval was very easy . We picked the car we wanted with no money down 👋. That try to sale us some warranty deals but we did not want it . We made it clear that we only wanted gap insurance and Craig was not pushing us to do anything we didn’t want to do . Overall good experience . We will go back for our second car

Would never use the dealer again

Would never use the dealer again. My initial impression of Easterns was that they were very friendly and professional. It wasn't until it came down to the final paperwork and subsequent issues that my experience soured. The dealer explained that the vehicle needed work (new tires, LED bar removal, etc.) to pass VA inspection. I was going to title the vehicle out of state so I figured I would take care of the issues myself. Again, the dealer reiterated on multiple occasions that the tires and LEDs were the only issues. My biggest mistake was taking the dealer's word and I simply did a cursory inspection of the vehicle. In addition, I was told that the vehicle was inspected in their shop and that ALL of the fluids were checked. Once I got the vehicle home I began to discover numerous issues. The engine oil was BLACK and had to be changed despite being told it was just serviced; the radiator fluid was not the correct type per the OEM, the steering fluid was old, etc. Clearly they had done nothing to the vehicle other than wash it. The vehicle was equipped with $800 LED headlamps. Nice, right? Nope. They had to be replaced because they were failing. The spare tire carrier was cracked and had to be replaced, air filters were missing...story goes on. I regret not doing a better inspection of the vehicle and regret that I gave the salesman the benefit of the doubt and assumed he was being honest; my mistake. To make matters worse I decided that I wanted to cancel the after market warranty and provided the required documentation to do so. The company kept claiming they never received the paperwork so I had to resend it and make countless phone calls. Long story short it took 4 MONTHS to get a refund. Undoubtedly the worst experience I have had buying a vehicle.

Horrible experience. I made sure i would be able to get a car before i went into the office. I told everything that’s going on with my credit and how i have no co signer and they still told me to come in to look like a fool with no purchase and i traveled a long way!

I got the car which I absolutely love

I got the car which I absolutely love, before I picked up the car they were supposed to check the back tire, the salesman that gave me the car claimed the car was ok and good to go just couldn’t reset on the dashboard, and that it will automatically reset once I drive for a distance, I did and the check tire pressure is still visible.. The car didn’t have usd card for the gps. The car didn’t have front plate, claimed they have ordered it and should be there on Monday, I bought the car on Thursday!
