Overall good experience, just need to be more attentive to customer not just the sale. Do your homework, when your trading your vehicle make sure you get the tags, so you don't pay double for insurance on the old and new vehicle. you live and you learn. I only have but positive things to say about my experience at Easterns. Most of it is thanks to Mr. DC who helped us get our first car from a dealer, and all was so hassle free. Mr. DC helped in every single matter we asked him to, he got us the best deal, put special attention to every detail and went beyond the extra mile by extending all his care to our little kids. A toddler boy and a 5 year old girl can sometimes drive you nuts but he was so caring and patient with them also. And all of that on a 4th of July at 8:30 pm!! We only couldn’t took home our 2015 Honda Odyssey the very same day we went to Easterns because our bank which was closed that day. But the day after we went to pick up our new car and there was Mr.DC with a big smile and one toy for each of our kids! He is just great! After 5 days we took our van home we wanted to exchange it for a different one (we were still in the 7-day return window) and Mr. DC showed the same care as the first time we got there and we were able to drive out with the other vehicle we wanted. The best part, the van we wanted was located in another branch and they took it to the branch we were without no problem. I must say that not only Mr. DC, but everyone in Easterns is very nice and helpful, but definitely Mr. DC is the nicest of all, he is the best sales representative there is. He definitely has won a loyal customer. If you go to the Temple Hills branch ask for Mr.DC!! And if he’s not there I am more than positive you’ll still get an excellent sales representative 😁

Brandon and Ric gave me the best car buying experience! Brandon was super patient with me, even though I was honestly super impatient and came in with very little time to work with. Ric pulled some serious strings to get me approved for more car than I could have dreamed of asking for. Thank you both and all of the friendly staff who greeted me from the moment I walked in the door and congratulated me on my way out. I feel so blessed to have gotten the care and service I received at Easterns!
