Do not be fooled by the company's claim that their Better Business Bureau rating means they provide acceptable service when they do not. While the sales and finance team are excellent up front, all of the back office and service support at Easterns is poor. The biggest problem is with the service department which will not honor the 30 day 1,000 mile dealer warranty promised with the sale of the car. When I brought the car to the dealer after experiencing rough downshifting within a week of purchasing my truck, the service manager told me to take the truck to a Ram dealer because the truck is under manufacturer warranty which supersedes any promise in the dealer warranty. If Eastern is unwilling or unable to honor a warranty after the sale, why offer it at all? Then, despite agreeing to take the car to Dodge as part of the dealer warranty, they did not. Instead, Easterns hired some unknown mechanic to drive the car "for an extended time" before concluding that the road noise was normal. Here, the dealer did not address the problem with downshifting at all and did not take the action promised. Now, I am left to pick the truck up and take it to Ram myself, where if there is a problem, I will have to work it out alone. Finally, despite keeping the truck for this "repair," having advertised free loaner cars on their website as a way to attract buyers, the service manager refused to give me any time estimate for the service and that no loaner cars are available. Instead, he said I should go to Ram because they would loan me a car (which they do not). Terrible. F- Hopefully, whatever guy concluded that my transmission complaint was merely road noise is correct, because I don't want to deal with this organization for even one more minute.

Initially a good exchange
Initially a good exchange, fair price for my trade and price for vehicle I price for vehicle I purchased. The vehicle had a couple issues, of which the dealer correct one, the A/C was not cooling. But I still have none functioning headrest monitors. Hopefully someone will contact me, before I have to make a trip back to the dealer. Plus, it has been 10 days and my trade is not paid off, shmmm!
