They lied to get me in there, watch everything you sign, they told me one thing an had different information on the paper work. The salesman didn’t even thank me for buying a car wasn’t personable at all.

My experience was very positive and I recommend them for your next car purchase. My salesman was on point and his help was invaluable.

Sometimes it is necessary to respect buyer feeling and not keep on pushing for the seek of making a sale. Always respect and understand where the buyer is coming from he/ she knows better .

The Alexandria location is VERY unprofessional , let me start with the atmosphere.. Music playing LOUDER than normal level, you have to speak over it for the sales person to hear you, the General Manager, Manager, and Supervisor sit up in a podium over the entire office hiding their heads behind a computer pretending to be working. As a single woman you hear the stories of car salesmen ripping women off, and selling them something they did not come in for.. Well; this place falls exactly into that stereotype;
