Great customer service

Great customer service. But the car has no manual, no floor mats, and the tires were really bad. They guy who helped us tried to change the tires, but his boss said no. Other than that, I am satisfied.

I should have done a bit more research on purchase of my car. If you are looking for a good deal or bargain definitely don’t come to EASTERNS. They are definitely by far not the cheapest ones. I got ripped off for $3000. They won’t agree to anything you ask and truly they don’t make you feel appreciative as a customer either. Will (Sales Manager in Sterling) attitude is too cocky for being in a customer service position. 7 day return and exchange policy is non existent. Vehicles are not gased up at time of delivery. Vehicle was not clean at time of purchase. Was promised they will clean it afterwards but denied it upon my return 2 days later. Nick (salesperson) promised me a Burberry watch at time of sale and to this day I haven’t gotten anything from him. I have reminded him on multiple occasions about it but he always seems to forgetter to bring it. Whole bunch of lies and promises to get you in the sale but won’t deliver to any afterwards. I had to pay for my own emissions ($28) which was not disclosed prior to sale at all. Based on my experience never buying a used car from this dealership again. If Easterns needs to address my concerns they need to call me.

I think I got a good deal but they weren't up front about the cost. Even online is an understatement of the real cost of the car and even it says something completely different online they didn't honor that price sighting that it is the price if there is a 2500 down payment which isn't stated explicitly on the site. I was blind sided by the cost and had a very veryluster explanation

My experience with Easterns Automotive…

My experience with Easterns Automotive was excellent. I’m really big on customer service and I have to say I was very impressed. I have to admit I’m a hard to please customer and they exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in the door I greeted by an Eastern’s representative. I scheduled an appointment to test drive a blue Pacifica and the car was ready when I arrived. I decided that I wanted a black one instead of the blue and the manager Ed and sales rep Otis were able to accommodate my request by the next day! They transferred the black Pacifica from their Virginia location to the Rosedale location by the next day. All the details and pictures online match vehicle perfectly. I did a lot of price comparisons before I arrived and Easterns had the best price. They gave me a great price on my trade and I walked out the door with vechicle that I wanted, and best of all below the budget I set. I love my new car and I would definitely recommend Easterns to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

Asked for a phone call because I wanted to pay cash for balance of down payment. I had a SIGNED DOCUMENT SAYING THEY WOULD CALL FIRST BEFORE TAKING THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT and no phone call.

Never Again

I was working with Mr. Carter and he was good; however, when Ahmir became involved, it was trying to force me to get the extended warranty as well as the warranty costing $1695 on a 2017 nissan. He was too much, I ended up walking away from purchasing the vehicle. I decided to purchase the vehicle, if Ahmir was not going to be involved. It was frustrating. I felt like I was getting pounced on. Also, the vehicle was poorly cleaned (inside/outside), truck bed was still dirty. They only give you a 1/2 tank of gas. This whole process took forever, my wife had purchased her car just hours before with no problems or hiccups. We both already had our financing completed. The only reason I went back was the price of the truck with the low mileage for a 2017 was unbeatable. This was my first and only purchase with Easterns.
