The staff was very attentive to my needs and very helpful on the financing. I was there to help my daughter purchase a vehicle and start her credit. The staff was very helpful in for filling our needs.

My experience with Eastern Motors was amazing. Terrell Bradley was a great sales rep. He figured out what I was looking for and found the perfect car for me. Tu was a great manager and made sure everything was within my budget and helped me with a complication in regards to auto insurance. All in all it was an amazing experience.

Horrible customer service. They changed their words before I bought the car and after I bought the car. I have to call them multiple time and they said they will call me back but no phone call. I will never come back here EVER.

We had a very good experience. Easterns had the best inventory of the cars we wanted. We started the purchase through our insurance company’s car buying service. Turned out there was a little haggling with the no haggle price, but we still got the car below the garunteed price from the online service.

I wish I could give it 0 they are the worst the salesman Brandon Dawson is a rip off artist he sold me a lemon and didn't even deliver it to me he left when I was getting my vehicle he also forged my signature on documents for the sale of my vehicle which is illegal bit when I brought it up the ignorant manager name Ali just told me he would look into it then give me a call back he didn't even honor his own 7 day policy which is a lie as well my door handle broke same day I got vehicle and he told me he would replace it then when I never got a follow up call I called him and he told me whenever I want I can buy the handle from him just "let him know" what kind of service is that this place is the lowest piece of Garbage I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I have alerted everyone I know about this place to save them from the hell one goes through with this place
