I had a good experience

Had a little trouble at first! They were trying to push me into buying a car i didn’t want but eventually i made them have a car i wanted shipped to the temple hills location and i was completed satisfied with my car . Only thing i didn’t like was that the car wasn’t detailed prior to bringing it and it smells like cigarettes also the process was very long

Good experience, car was in great shape, the representative was friendly and knowledgeable, nice to deal with. We asked to clean some spots inside the car and it was done before the car was handed to us. The only thing was pushing extra insurance on us but I'd rate it as a minor disappointment in the whole scheme of things. Good experience overall.

I went online to buy a truck. The one I wanted was at Eastern Motors. Not my first choose in a dealership, but I thought well lets see. I can't say how smooth the process was from start to finish. Nik, my salesman was very helpful and let me make may own decisions. While I was waiting he handed me a Carfax about the truck I wanted. One owner, low, low mileage, load and priced right. Nik was one of the best salesman I've had and I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years. Never bought a car online, but Eastern Motors made it fast, easy and clean.

Overpriced vehicles, period.

Marcelo was a pleasure to work with. I test drove a lot of vehicles and Marcelo was very helpful. Finance was also excellent. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

I had a wonderful experience however my vehicle was not cleaned very well. There was obviously someone taking the vehicle home and I found lotto receipts as recent as a day before I purchased. There was also some tobacco wasted in the vehicle That was lodged in the controls. Definitely not happy with that since I pointed this out and it was not corrected. Otherwise Glenda and the other staff I worked with were pleasant and professional.
