Had an appointment, test drove one car, and was there for over 5.5 hours until the sale was complete. Was hoping a large dealer with years of experience could have been more responsive and knowledgeable on paperwork-related matters (was purchasing a vehicle for another person). More than a good price sells a car, especially with many other options for dealers. I won't be returning or referring others; it was actually quite a miserable process and day. For what it is worth, interest rates were more than 2x higher than what my personal bank offers - make sure to get a pre-approval elsewhere prior to visiting for a drive / purchase, if possible.
