I've always had anxiety about buying a car from a dealership which is why used to chose the paperclip route to purchasing a vehicle. I can honestly say that I was just trying to get some information. I had no idea I'd be walking out with a car. The agent I dealt with was very kind and down to earth. He allowed me to feel so comfortable that I actually starting sharing intricate details about my life and what urged me to walk into Easterns. Great work! Humble, Reliable
Bad Business
I got the car with 2 keys I thought, but there was only one key that worked. I took the no good key to a Chrysler dealer and they tried putting a battery in and that wouldn't work. Than I took it to the service dept. and they said the key was no good. I called the sales man and told him that the key didn't work and he had to order me another key. I walked around the car for scratches, there was some red, paint on it, back bender and that's all. Some one took the car for inspection and then a car wash and when I got it back didn't check all of the car just checked for red scratch. The next day the were 2 gashes on the front on the front bumper. Once they sell the car it's all over, and I am a woman.

My experience at Eastern Motors was great. My transactions both times went nice and smooth. Guy Lewis is a great and patient Manager. Overall the Eastern Team is a good team of people, the Manager, Car Salesman, and the Finance Department. I recommend Eastern Motors in Landover Hills to all my family and friends. IF EASTERN CAN'T DO IT, NOBODY CAN!!!!!!!

I purchased a BMW X5 SUV from Eastern on 02/17/18. During the purchased, I asked specific questions from my salesperson. I asked if the vehicle had a jack and tools to change a tire and was told YES. It was snowing and raining and as they handed me the keys, I was told if you have any issues with the car just call us and we will take care of it. The very NEXT day, I inspected the vehicle and noticed that there was no jack or log wrench to change a flat time, Immediately, I called and spoke to a sales manager and he told me to call back on Wednesday and they will take care of it. When I called they connected me with another sales manager because the one I spoke to was not in (why tell me to call back on Wednesday?). It seems they were expecting my call, I informed this manager of my purchase 3 days earlier and I was calling to get my jack and lug wrench that I was told the vehicle had. After going back and forth he told me that they will not give me a lug wrench or jack to change tires. I seriously question their integrity/honesty and, I am extremely disappointed that they could not simply provide me with a jack and lug wrench like they said they would. They did not represent their organization well at all.
Less than 2 months, "Not our problem"
Couple of months, repaired: brake light, windshield wipers, battery, brakes, key died, 2 tires, scarred routers. Dealership said its my problem. Busted shiny parts, scammers. Also, poor job detailing the car before giving it to me. Dusty all over, they had to redo it.
