Jessica was fantastic, but was let down by her admin team Melanie. Not enough communication from her & when there was I didn't feel her customer care & she made me feel a little small at times. I did contact Jessica a few times & she promptly followed up for me , to which I was grateful. On the positive, as there are positives, Jessica did find me the best deal to suit my situation and has reduced my out goings immensely. I felt she cared, more then I can say for Melanie.

Good company who offer competitive rates. Took an age to complete our remortgage (no fault of Your Mortgage People) but eventually got there thanks to hard working staff. My only criticism would be hard to contact by telephone to talk to someone direct. Overall though, I would recommend Your Mortgage People.

Initial contact was great but then let down when handed over to Michelle who just did not appear to care.

The Mortgage People have just completed my mortgage. After a couple of weeks in they found a cheaper rate, so began their process again to save me a lot of money. More work for them at no further cost to me! They keep on top of things! I have been informed throughout of what was needed and where things were. They are always polite, attentive, available and professional. They have acted in my best interests at all time. They have been cost neutral for me and more! What a great team! Thank you all!

Initial contact was prompt, however once commitment fee was paid all correspondence was delayed to the point we had the update from the solicitors a week before the completions team. Wasn’t keen on discussing the reasons around increasing broker fees for ‘complex’ cases and said I could complain, but complaints are rarely upheld. I’d suggest searching across the market for a more competitively priced service rather than fee chasers

Very efficient communication was good

Joy was absolutely superb in supporting me through my mortgage process from the beginning to the end of the process. She was quick to respond to me at all times and very professional. This has been a very emotional and difficult time for me and I felt like Joy was not only a professional but also a friend. Thank you for everything. X
