Excellent experience

The support I received from both Harrison Grimbley and Jessica Drew was excellent, they were so helpful and negotiated a great deal for me despite issues with length of leasehold. They were both very communicative, answered lots of questions and genuinely made me feel that they were as invested in my remortgage as I was. I would highly recommend Your Mortgage People.

Very Professional and Pleasant

I found Your Mortgage People via the Money Saving Expert website. I can honestly say from the first until the last minute they were very good. My Completion Officer was Joy Barnes and she was excellent. I was kept in the loop at all stages and Joy chased things up for me making for a speedy and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend to anybody.

We got in contact with your mortgage…

We got in contact with your mortgage people because we wanted to remortgage our home james was our adviser and he made everything clear and simple got us the best deal and ended saving us money and the process was quicker than we were originally expecting would highly recommend and will definitely be using these again when it's time to remortgage

Left with unexpected bill to pay…

Ok overall they were courteous and helpful. However, when it came to completion date, I was asked for the £695 broker fee, the one that had been added to the mortgage, apart from it hadn't! This left me with a large, surprise payment to be found. They had previously sent me an email stating that they would finally check the amounts to ensure the correct funds were being forwarded from the new lender, to ensure all costs could be settled. They did not do this and I was left with a large bill to pay. I was told, " this sometimes happens"!!! So effectively I was paying for a service I did not receive.
