Kept me up to date constantly,explained anything I was not sure of.no amount of questions were to much, polite, always ready to listen and help anyway they could . If I couldn't speak to the person I needed then anyone else was available to help . Thanku for all your help to get me where I needed to be a great experience. If I hear about anyone needing the same kind of work with a mortgage then would hesitate in passing on yr details .

I dealt with Edwin and Lucy and I cannot fault their level of customer service, always on hand to answer questions or explain anything I did not understand. I would highly recommend using The Mortgage People, they made getting my 2nd mortgage the least painful experience and I am ND so struggle with complex information and remembering to send information, but they embraced this and held my hand through it all.
