A very good system of work with this company. Firstly a finance expert talks through your needs, armed with all your needs and your financial situation they comb the market and get back to you after a day or so with their recommendations of what was available and likelyto be approved. In our case there was only one clear option and we were happy to go with that. All costs and fees are explained. You are then passed to an administration person who double checks that all the needed information for the Lender is present in the file they have created. You provide anything needed and pay the appropriate application fee (£190 in or case). We had couple of questions back from the Lender and within a couple of days we had an offer in principle available. We paid for a property valuation and the case moved forward. Within 24 hours we had the valuation arranged for two days later. Within another couple of days we had the loan offer and it closed once we had returned some papers which had to be signed in front of a witness. The whole process took about six weeks. Very happy with Your Mortgage People and the process we went through with them we would definitely recommend using them for a similar situation.
