Unprofessional company
I am a lady in her seventies, as I was travelling alone and arriving late I ordered a cab to collect me from terminal 5 at 11.25pm on Saturday. I waited for ten minutes but no cab so I telephoned the company, it was only then that they gave the job to a driver who happened to be by West Ruislip Station! It arrived 23 minutes after the time booked. What is the point of arranging a pickup when the job is not even allocated until 20 minutes after it should have arrived? I was told when I complained, ‘what do you expect on a busy Saturday evening’! Well, what I expect is for the company to actually make allowances for the busy traffic and at least set out to collect me a few minutes earlier than planned not ten minutes after the cab should have arrived. That’s one company that I will never use again.
Ordered a taxi. cancelled after it was 15 minutes late.
Ordered a taxi for 1:45 pm. Had vets appointment at 2pm, taxi never turned up; excuses from those taking the calls. Had to rearrange an appointment, called at 2pm to cancel the taxi; told them I won't use their services again. Avoid at all costs.

Liars and very rude & unreliable at the booking office/call center. Don't take my word for it try for yourself and you'll soon be using the other firms in Hastings.
Absolutely shocking behaviour!
Absolutely shocking behaviour! My child uses them for a taxi to school and my child is autistic and obviously has a number of behaviour and social interaction issues and have found the driver of the taxi to be rude and argumentative with my child and threatened them to be kicked out of the taxi mid journey if they didn't stop talking, I don't understand how this company has a contract for school runs as the act like children themselves and things have got so bad my child doesn't even want to get into the taxi so it's effecting thier school life, I have attempted to speak to the driver myself and its like talking to a stroppy teenager and even have school teachers having to get involved as they have witnessed the unprofessional behaviour as well, I would never use this company myself and wouldn't recommend them to anyone either.

Phoned to ask for a taxi from X to Z (won't give exact addresses). Spoke clearly and slowly to the controller/ dispatcher whose English was poor. She kept on repeating the address of Z. She sent the taxi to Z, the destination, instead of X. Very angry, can't they get staff who speak good English ?
excellent service
after a night out celebration with the girls, one of us was very drunk, the taxi driver was extremely understanding and patient, went out of his way to ensure safe journey home. couldn't have had better.
Absolutely shocking services
Absolutely shocking services. We booked 3 weeks in advance to make sure we have a taxi back to our accommodation after we visit the Sussex exchange. We have been left in the freezing cold for 40 minutes. A cab driver came when ours was due, yet chose to take a group of young girls over us when it was clearly our taxi. I was with my Nan who's 70 years old and my auntie who has a disability and was left to wait in the cold for another driver. Shocking service. The driver we finally got was absolutely lovely just a shame he works for such an awful company.

If I could have put 0 stars I would have. Drivers are lovely. Controllers are absolute liars. Waited for taxi for 2 and 1/2 hours with 10 phone calls in this time. Told 15 mins, 20 mins, 45 mins, plus being told taxi on way. I asked to speak to manager and she, if she was the manager said sorry we are not serving Bartley Green area, after waiting 2 hours. I had a moan and was really angry at this point. Taxi came within 5 minutes. Too late as already made my mind up after using you 4 times a week you’ve lost my custom for good. It’s Uber all the way for me and my family. Goodbye 247.

This taxi service is the worst had so many problems its untrue told me my friend and 5 Yr wait q0 mins rang back saud another 30 then then 45 leaving child freezing went to wrong destination and then tod us to wait another 30 mins the customer service is shocking this rank should be shut down so many ppl having the same issues

I am a lady in her seventies and I was discharged from A&E at 1am, I phoned up your taxi company for a cab to take me home and was told that there wasn’t any available for about 40 minutes, now whilst I understand that you are probably short of drivers surely you can prioritise, ie; an older lady on her own at 1am, I pleaded with the switchboard explaining that I’d been in A&E for 8 hours but he simply replied can’t help you. I have used your taxi company for many years especially when I owned a restaurant for my customers but I vow never to use you or to recommend to anyone again, I consequently phoned car miles and they arrived 5 minutes later
