Totally unreliable. Booked a taxi for 5am pick up 4 days…

Booked a taxi for 5am pick up 4 days previously. No taxi turned up. 2 phone calls to 247 couldn't tell me when one would be available. Good friend got up at 5.15 just made it to pick up coach. Would NEVER RECOMMEND.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Used to be quite good, but now shocking. Drivers are usually polite and friendly, but the waiting time is rediculous. Going to wrong address, cancelling bookings and then no apology. Their automated phone service has only made it worse. Don't trust it to actually make your booking, and use a different company if you can

Don't bother

Since new system it's a joke I spend about £50 a week as I'm disabled and don't drive but after long waits and getting left and forgotten about lots I'm goin to use a different company.

Pre booked cab didn't turn up

I booked a cab for 5.30am so that I could catch a train at 6.15 the journey takes a maximum of ten minutes but I didn't want to be late, the driver was allocated by 5.15, I had a notification driver on route at 5.20, even got a text at 5.45 say it had arrived, it didn't turn up, I had to then call the office to book another one which eventually turned up at 6.20 already missed my train so thanks 24/7 I really appreciate being late for my job interview.

You take your chances

Used on 2 occasions and I must say; the first leg of our travel was as expected, taxi on time, right day and all as expected. Driver seemed nervous so started a conversation; staff at company is great but he reported the automated system is a nightmare for both staff and customer. 2nd leg was a nightmare: car arrived 30 minutes early! So we shovel the food and get out, only to find out the wrong car has been sent. Driver seemed to be aware of this and calls his mate who is on a job but will help us out. The app lncorrectly reports we CANCELLED our booking! Oh god!. Calling the customer service, which just rings out. Ringing and waiting, you get the idea, we are left stranded with that sinking feeling that this is a scam! Eventually another car turns up, trip now costs a third more, but we're just happy to be home safe so hand over the cash. So to add to the existing reviews; corporate is making the money, by promising reliable and punctual service while they fleece you and it's up to the staff to somehow make it happen. (If it wasn't for the drivers who made direct phone calls, we'd be left stranded.) There is no way to complain and seek redress, so...who cares right?

Totally can’t trust this taxi company…

Totally can’t trust this taxi company anymore. All automated service now and the taxi has failed to turn up twice in the space of a few weeks now. Used them recently for over 10 years and now they’re terrible. Avoid at all costs, using another taxi company now.

Asked to wait for me for 5 mins and drives away before I could get back to him

I booked a taxi for 5pm and cancelled 1 hour in advance to change to 5:30pm, taxi driver arrives at 4:55 and moans that I should of cancelled by phone, even though I booked through app and cancelled through app, I asked if he could wait 5 mins so I could grab my stuff and as I’ve got downstairs to get the taxi he’s driven away, this company has become more then stupid even more over time, they’re unreliable and rude, don’t rate them at all, would rather spend an extra £5 for a local taxi then use this company, 🖕

Crap automated service

Crap service. Booked through automated service. Don’t create booking if it’s not going to arrive. Bene phoning back and only have automated service to go by and are unable to give me a wait time as no one around to do journey. Don’t book if it can’t be done then. Give people warning. We have dinner plans that have now been ruined because of the incompetence of this taxi firm Though when our taxi did arrive, our driver was very apologetic and a delight

Constantly late

I think it has to be one of the worst taxi companies, we’ve had them booked for school runs but they are consistently late and I’m not talking a couple of minutes, between 20 and 40 mins late on every occasion, I would give them zero stars but they turned up so I gave them 1.

Useless and unprofessional

Ordered 2 taxis at 8pm, we paid up front for it to pick us up at 12am from London which costs over £200. One taxi was 45 mins late, the second ‘broke down’ (shock) then replacement was sent to pick us up at 2.30am. The usual stringing you along with the ‘15 mins away’ happened twice. Then they couldn’t even track their own car… Greedy, useless and unprofessional is being polite. I would avoid using them at all costs. I certainly will not be using them again, quite literally a waste of time. We will be in contact with management to get a full refund.
